By accessing or using marketblox.fun ("the website"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
1 Eligibility
- Purchases may only be made by individuals who can lawfully enter into binding contracts.
- There are no age restrictions, but customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to make purchases.
2 Products and Delivery
- All products are digital items delivered directly by us within the Roblox platform (GAG2, Steal A Brainrot, Blox Fruits, and others).
- After purchase you will receive an order confirmation on our website where you can track your delivery status.
- A confirmation link will be sent to your email.
- Delivery times vary based on staff availability and order queue.
3 Customer Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order (Roblox username, email address).
- Failure to provide correct details may result in non-delivery, which does not qualify for a refund.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address you provide.
- If you are unable to receive or pick up your item, no refund will be provided.
4 Payments
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe or supported cryptocurrency processors.
- By placing an order, you authorise the payment processor to charge your payment method for the stated amount.
- Wallet balance may be used for partial or full payment where available.
- All prices are displayed in your chosen currency and include any applicable fees.
5 Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered for completed deliveries. A refund is only granted if the item was not delivered due to an error on our part. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6 Accounts
- Account creation is optional but provides access to order history, wallet features, and promotional discounts.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7 Affiliate / Creator Program
- The affiliate program allows content creators to earn commissions on referred sales.
- Affiliates may optionally link a social media account (YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram) for identity verification.
- By connecting your YouTube account, you authorise us to access your channel information via the YouTube Data API v3 for verification purposes only.
- By connecting your TikTok account, you authorise us to access your public profile information via the TikTok Login Kit API for verification purposes only.
- Commission rates are set by MarketBlox and may be adjusted at any time with reasonable notice.
- Affiliates must not engage in misleading advertising, spam, or any fraudulent activity.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that violate these terms.
- You may disconnect linked social accounts and leave the affiliate program at any time from your dashboard.
8 Promo Codes and Discounts
- Promo codes and creator codes are subject to usage limits and expiration dates.
- Only one discount code may be applied per order; codes cannot be combined.
- We reserve the right to revoke or modify promo codes at any time.
9 Prohibited Uses
- Attempting to interfere with the operation of the website or its systems.
- Using the site for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
- Abusing promo codes, affiliate links, or referral systems.
- Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes for items that were successfully delivered.
10 Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, except as required by law.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
- We are not responsible for actions taken by Roblox or any third-party platform.
11 Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
